Treat Box products are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Prices
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Prices in this website may change without prior notice. Please feel free to contact us for a quote before placing your order. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Cake prices posted are for basic designs only. Additional fee may be added based on the icing and complexity of designs.
Acceptance of Order Requests
We reserve the right NOT to accept orders based on our capacity. We suggest you book early to avoid disappointment.
For cake pops, we need at least two (2) weeks notice for orders.
Order requests via this website, including those sent to our email address, are NOT yet final. We will contact you through email, phone call or sms to to confirm your order.
Quality of Products
Our products are delicate and perishable hence care must be taken in their storage and transportation.
All products (except for fondant and white icing covered cakes) must be stored in the fridge to maintain their freshness and quality. When served, place them in a cool dry area and avoid leaving them under direct sunlight. Expiry dates are printed on each box.
Due to various factors, Treat Box will not be able to guarantee the quality of the products after their pick-up or delivery.
Ingredients and Materials
Our products contain dairy and gluten ingredients.
Cake toppers and cake decorations may contain non-edible materials (e.g. skewers and wires) to support their structure and should not be eaten. Every effort will be made to bring these to your attention when such materials are used.
Treat Box accepts no liability for any harm caused by any of these ingredients and materials, whether accidentally or otherwise.
Cake and Cake Pop Designs
We will endeavour to meet your preferred design for celebration cake or cake pops. All cakes and cake pops are made based on our own interpretation of the design and colour - hence may not be an exact copy of your preferred design. In some cases, it may be necessary to change the colour of the icing, especially when buttercream icing is used.
Cake toppers and cake pops are handmade. Hence, each cake topper and cake pop will not be exactly the same.
